DERMOSPEC®
Dermospec® is an exciting new functional ingredient that represents an important advance in the rapidly expanding product category of skin lightening products. Dermospec® has exceptional efficacy in disrupting Melanogenesis and the biophysical considerations that affect its numerous pathways. Dermospec® not only inhibits the process of skin darkening but also effectively reduces existing pigmentation. Thus, this multi-tiered approach results in more pre-emptive and longer term skin tone, lightening and colour evening out. Dermospec® has excellent safety profile and has no known side effect.
2.PRESERVATIVES
Soibact is a cocktail of safe and eco-friendly biocidal agents for preservation of Emulsions, bath gels, shampoo and industrial and institutional products.
Most preservatives currently used for Cosmetics and Toiletries products provide partial protection against spoilage by micro organism. To get adequate protection these preservatives will have to be combined with others which can enhance their activities. This is expensive both on inventory and in usage. To overcome these drawbacks, Soibact is now offered. Soibact is a stand-alone preservative system. It does not require additional preservative to boost or support its activity and it is budget friendly and economical. Soibact has widespread acceptance in cosmetics products for the primary purpose of inhibiting the development of microorganisms in such products. It has a broad-balanced spectrum of effect against Bacteria, Yeast, and Mould fungi. Because of its unique formulation, Soibact exhibits pronounced biocidal activity even at a very low concentration. Soibact is a pourable liquid that does not discolour your products and very easy to handle.
3.SURFACTANTS/DETERGENT MATERIAL
Emal is a high foaming powerful anionic surfactant. Its foaming properties are not affected by water hardness or temperature changes even at very low concentrations. This product is primarily a surfactant for shampoos, body shampoos and detergents. When Emal is blended with other surfactants affected by water hardness, it presents a synergetic effect, improving the Calcium compatibility of them. Emal is completely compatible with other anionic, non-ionic and amphoteric surfactants and therefore can be easily mixed with them. Due to its anionic character, Emal shouldn’t be mixed with cationic components (surfactants, dyes e.t.c.)
Betadet is a co-surfactant used primarily in the cosmetics and Toiletries industries as a foam booster in shampoos, conditioners and other cleansing preparations. Betadet is compatible with anionic, non-ionics and amphoterics surfactants giving transparent formulations at a wide range of combinations. It is stable to alkaline or acid conditions and does not present the problem of Hydrolysis.
4.FRAGRANCES
Such as UNIVERSAL, GIOVANNI, MARIE, ETERNAL, TROPIC, BRISSA and NELLY FRAGRANCE.
5.EMULSIFYING WAXES
Coswax NF is a unique non-ionic emulsifying wax recommended for use in the manufacture of creams and lotions. As an emulsifier of the self bodying type, it can be used to produce a variety of emulsions ranging from light, thick to stingy/ solids without the need for excessive addition of thickening agents.
Coswax NF is compatible with most Cosmetic ingredients, and is an emulsifier of choice for the manufacture of hair Relaxers, Anti-perspirants and similar products since it is insensitive to pH and will tolerate high levels of electrolytes. Coswax NF can be used as a partial or complete replacement for other non-ionic emulsifiers.
6.CONDITIONER BASE & AGENTS
Coswax CB provides a convenient and economical means of manufacturing high quality hair conditioning and treatment products. Coswax CB gives special effects such as conditioning, repair, bounce, softening, and shine to hair after relaxing treatment. Coswax CB is absorbed into the hair. It is used in perming products (Cold wave creams and lotions) preventing damage and or processing.
Quartamin A performs as anti-static, softener and conditioner in hair formulations. Due to its liquid appearance and ease of handling it is one of the most used Active agents in the preparation of hair conditioner creams. Its level of use is generally between 1% and 5%
Due to its water and alcohol solubility it can also be used to obtain transparent products like hair lotions and lacquer.
